Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States and internationally. Below is what you can expect.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary on orders over $150 (otherwise $12). Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S.: 3–5 business days. Expedited: 1–2 business days. International: 7–14 business days, plus any customs clearance time.

Delays

While rare, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. We'll notify you of any significant delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but missing, please file a claim with the carrier within 48 hours. We will assist where possible.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur duties and taxes at delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
