Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days.
Eligibility
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible.
How to Return
Start a return by emailing support@saprf.com or visiting our store. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label for U.S. returns.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For fastest service, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Store Credits
Where applicable, store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund and does not expire.
